Waitlist privacy notice

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The plugins you ticked (if any), and whether you said you're on Windows.
• Which ad or link brought you to the page, if you came from one.

What we use it for

To send you a confirmation email, then an email with your waitlist discount when each ClubPlugins product launches. We also count signups by product to decide what to build next (for example, a Windows version). We don't sell or rent your email address.

Who handles it

Signups are stored with our email service, Kit (kit.com), which sends the emails for us. If you allow it (or you're outside Europe and the UK), a Meta pixel tells Meta that someone who saw our ad visited or signed up, so we can see which ads work. It does not receive your email address or form answers. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta does with that.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until the launches are over and we close the waitlist, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email mgmt@clubgoodsrecords.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
